Finally, for me (and probably for most Fallout 3 fans) deserved first place on this list, goes to Winterized T-51b Power Armor. This armor is just insane. Another armor available only with DLC Operation: Anchorage, has unbelievable stats - +25 Radiation Resistance, the helmet additionally gives you +1 Charisma and +8 Radiation Resistance.
